As a person who has been exercising my whole life, and once gained an insane amount of weight and then lost it, youre going about this in such an unhealthy way. I don't think your viewers with the same issues could benefit from watching you scrutinize every single thing you do during this journey, people watching this are going to want go hate themselves as much as you hate yourself.

    I am SO close to everything you are. Same height, weight, I gained 45 lbs and IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I hate it. Like you I was thin all my life until the last few years and now I can’t get it off and I’m SO unhappy everyday. To me it is about getting healthy but it’s a lot about the weight, I admit it. You don’t have the stamina etc when you’re overweight, it’s all so hard but hopefully you can do it and so can I 😘

    The best advice I have is try to find types of exercise that you enjoy! If you hate the treadmill then stop doing it! I love hiking, and biking, and swimming. Maybe you would enjoy an outdoor activity like that! Or you can find online classes of pretty much any work out you can think of. Obviously if you're in a position to afford a personal trainer that's also a great option. For people who cant though trying to find a physical activity you actually enjoy helps so much!

    Favorite healthy MEAL: NO CARBS Ingredients: 1 white onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 2 pounds lean ground beef (browned 2 heads of chopped fresh kale crumbled feta cheese Seasoning salt to taste Worcestershire sauce Avocado or olive oil -Sauté onion & garlic in Avocado oil - add ground beef & cook until browned- season while browning - add chopped kale & feta & cook covered, checking periodically until kale has softened…. Enjoy! Sometimes I add couscous or quinoa to the mixture, but it is awesome without the carbs as well! Hope this helps for meal ideas to anyone out there!

    We are in such similar times in our lives so I just really feel all these emotions you are talking about and I am so here for this journey right along with you. You are being SO extremely raw with this experience and really just showing it for what it is and that is something I have never seen another YTer do before. Its like FINALLY someone is showing the realness that comes along with a health journey, especially one that is after you just gained a bunch of weight. I have literally gained the same amount you have and we weight the same now too and I just really feel your pain and emotions. I am even also doing an anti-inflammatory diet so I have cut out gluten (still working on no dairy :| ). So, I get it. Thank you for being so raw and honest during this.

    I want you to educate yourself on nutrition because you are 100% right the food is why you feel the way you do. Also once you start it’s hard to stop they make it that way.     This last year, I’ve been going through a really similar journey. I just want to feel better more than anything. It’s getting there. The other day I got my blood work back and just a year’s difference was so drastically improved! It really showed me that even though things feel stagnant right now, I’ve greatly invested in my health. You got this Jaclyn. It’s so worth it.

    Romans 3:23 states: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;". We are all sinners, that have committed at least one sin in our lives, which earns us an eternal punishment in Hell. Revelation states 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.". God sent his Son, Jesus, to Earth as a perfect sinless sacrifice. To take on all the sins of the world; both past, present, and future sins. Shedding his blood on the cross as a blood atonement for all sins. After dying on the cross, he rose from the dead on the 3rd day and rose to Heaven. To show life after death. To show everlasting life through Jesus's sacrifice. John 14:6 states: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.". Romans 10:13 states "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.". Eternal life in heaven is just one prayer away. All you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for your sins. As an atonement for your sins. And rose from the grave on the 3rd day. Ask Jesus to save you of your sins and give you eternal life in Heaven. Salvation is a free and everlasting gift from God. Please don't let pride drag you into eternal punishment in Hell, but ask Jesus to give you eternal life in Heaven. If you're getting a strong feeling of resistance while reading this, it's because Satan doesn't want you to get saved. He wants you to resist, and think it's not real. He wants you in Hell for all eternity with him. Hell is not a fun place, like worldly people like to imagine. It's everlasting torture with no relief. I'm only taking the time to text this, because I want to get the message out. There are so many distractions in life keeping people from witnessing to other people. Keeping people from thinking about salvation. Keeping you from thinking about life after death. Please, ask Jesus into your hearts to save you of your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Ask him for a place in Heaven, and he will save you from eternal damnation in Hell.

    Love it takes time. And if you make too many changes at once you are gonna feel it you will withdrawal also. Anyway make small changes and you will get there. I remember when I stopped drinking soda. I cried over nothing that entire week. Treat yourself once a week but only if you can handle that once a week thing. If you can’t cut it out all together.

    22:41 babe, haters will always be haters! People will unfortunately send you hate because they have NOTHING better to do. Your making better choices and even if you have that one breaky with bread, cheese and eggs to make you feel good that still a good way of balance. Like you said you make better choices for the rest of the day afterwards. So if that gives you balance do it. This is a working progress and you got this!! It’s okay to have breakdowns like you have done in this video. Fitness/ Health journeys is a roller coaster of emotions. But think of how you will feel after achieving better choices and moving your body. I do think you need to switch your mentality by thinking that you need chips and dip and switching it to finding out what healthy foods you enjoy. For example - you could make homemade sweet potato fries and have a lean meat choice lettuce bun burger. That’s a small but better choice. Remember to treat yourself during these 60 days! Don’t be too harsh on yourself

    That brand of grain free chips has really good grain free tortillas and they are sooo good! you can make healthy fish tacos or use it as a substitute for bread! You are doing amazing and I love you so much! Things will get so much easier you just have to keep your head high and stay strong. You got this!!!

    When I gained 40 pounds, first thing I did was remove dairy from my diet. The weight melted off. Also, the feeling of always having to eat every hour maybe do to an oral fixation. Always having to due hand to mouth movement. A lot of smokers have it. Just have to train your brain that it’s not hunger , it’s a habit. Those tips worked well for me so hopefully it could help anyone else struggling. Good luck on your journey! <3

    Back in April, I finally got out of a toxic relationship and I had gained about 30 pounds over the course of about a year. I was in the military and it was all about measurements and the number on the scale and I felt like I just couldn’t lose the weight. I hadn’t realized how much I didn’t feel like myself anymore until I moved back home. I’ve lost about 20 pounds and even though I’m still critical of myself, the emotional weight I was carrying has lightened immensely. I no longer keep track of my measurements and I only weigh myself once in a while and it feels so much better. I give you a lot of credit for showing this and everything that goes with it. Keep it up I’m doing it with you 😊

    It makes me so happy that you are talking about the good moments when you feel great and are proud of yourself and are motivated, but also the reality of it and letting yourself be so vulnerable. I'm the same way! Sometimes I look at myself in disgust about the relationship that I have with food, and have been there when I feel like I'm about to have an emotional breakdown just trying to make healthy choices when nobody around me seems to care.     I think its really important to remember when you're on a journey like this that when you go out or there's an occasion, you're ALLOWED to eat food there. Yes you are trying to teach yourself better food habits, but depriving yourself of food when being social just feeds into the negative cycle and will in the long run seriously impact your relationship with food

    Thank u for being so raw and real, I'm also really struggling at the beginning of my weightloss journey and seeing that ur feeling just like me, is soooooo helpful, also fuck all the negativity, I cant just go from carbs, sugars and sweets to a strict nothing diet, it's not sustainable, u have to make small changes along the way til u get where u wanna be, we got this!! And if it makes u feel any better, I need to lose about 90lbs, so, just think, u can be me lol
