      This last year, I’ve been going through a really similar journey. I just want to feel better more than anything. It’s getting there. The other day I got my blood work back and just a year’s difference was so drastically improved! It really showed me that even though things feel stagnant right now, I’ve greatly invested in my health. You got this Jaclyn. It’s so worth it.

      Since you have zero fitness and holiday season food temptation, you're looking at an uphill battle. As a personal trainer I'd recommend a gradual approach like : Oct-Jan: Eliminate all liquid cals and just try to make food portions smaller day to day. Do 30 min walks 2-4x a day Mon-Fri and enjoy holiday eating in moderation. Feb : No liquid cals, start gradual food tracking, 60 min walks Mon-Fri, and start doing two actual workouts per week. Mar-May : 90 day summer prep! No liquid cals, strict food tracking, 60 min walks Mon-Fri and 3-4 actual workouts per week. ** This makes the holidays easier with no strict tracking, develop a mindset of adherence gradually, and it slowly builds your fitness over time. It's a lifestyle you can maintain. 💯

      LA also has a lot of healthy spots. I was on your for work and was still able to drop weight in a healthy way. Check out food prep places. They have a lot.

      I documented my weight loss week by week on HRaero. I’m down over 100 pounds now. You should name the series something geared towards a lifestyle change.

      I hate that doctors say this without looking into it. You might have pcos which causes those things and weight gain so the weight could be a symptom not the origin. Highly recommend looking into those other symptoms and not just looking at weight though being healthy should still help. I lost a bunch of weight and then by body shit down from pcos where I gained it back and then some and felt so guilty but it was an endocrine disruption not just "lose weight"

      Please consider removing dairy (especially cheese!) from your diet to help with cramping? I started following a predominantly vegan diet last year, and my period pains disappeared "virtually overnight". I know it's the cheese, because whenever I'd indulge on the odd occasion, I'd then have cramps again the next month... it's gotten to the point where I don't even miss eating cheese anymore, because it's just not worth it! Good luck on your journey

      Went plant based biking almost all summer started out sick and bedridden was tried of it and decided it was time. Went from 220 the goal being 140 by june this year my birthday did that now I'm 130 its possible and I'm a mom of two with fibromyalgia and scoliosis .

      Hey Jaclyn, first off so motivational and love this for you can never go wrong with focusing on a healthier you that’s for sure…but with what you said, check your thyroid levels and you might have pcos which both have weight gain, overheating, excess hair, bad cramps, different periods etc. That goes for anyone check those levels it might be that.       Hi Jaclyn if you havent been checked for PCOS you might want to check that. There’s many forms but it affects a lot of women and is significantly under diagnosed. A lot of the symptoms are related to the metabolic dysfunction. I hope that’s not your struggle like it is mine. God bless doll ❤️

      Intuitively eating is amazing! You will feel amazing. I eat dairy still but I had to give up milk, I also went low gluten. You have to do what works for you ultimately, it’s your body and you know how you feel! Suggestion also add in some pre and probiotics. OMG! Inflammation YES! Look into going at least low gluten much love

      I’m excited for this! I had Bariatric surgery (the Sleeve) I was Diabetic had high blood pressure and high cholesterol and on medication for it all. I’m happy to say I went from 265lbs…lost 30lbs before surgery (235lbs) and now I’m at 171lbs no medication and no longer diabetic or have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I have a crazy menstrual cycle and it drives me crazy. You got this girl and I’ll be cheering you on.
